Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Tonal Support team within 30 days of installation to begin your return authorization and schedule a professional removal.

  Schedule De-installation

  Our certified technicians will visit your home to safely uninstall the Tonal trainer and pack it in its original specialized transit packaging.

• 3.
  Inspection and Pickup

  Once uninstalled, our logistics partners will collect the unit and accessories, performing a brief inspection to confirm all components are present.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After the equipment is received at our facility and processed, a full refund for the purchase price will be issued to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.
