Yes, a Tonal membership is required for the first year. It provides unlimited access to personalized AI-driven weight adjustments, expert-led workout programs, and detailed performance tracking for your entire household.
What are the space requirements for installation?
You will need a clear floor space of 7 feet by 7 feet and a ceiling height of at least 7 feet 10 inches. The unit must be installed on a wall with compatible stud spacing (16 or 24 inches).
What is your return policy and warranty?
Tonal offers a 30-day home trial; if you are not satisfied, you can return it for a full refund. Additionally, the hardware is covered by a 3-year limited warranty for peace of mind.
Can Tonal replace traditional gym weights?
